Throughout these Terms, "Wolf Studios," "Company," "we," or "us" means Wolf Studios, a professional concrete design and artisan craftsmanship business specializing in high-end concrete products including countertops, furniture, sinks, wall tile, fire pits, and coasters.

2. Account Registration

To purchase products or access certain features on our website, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Wolf Studios lawfully and respectfully. That means no misuse, abuse, or reverse-engineering; uploading malicious content; or violating applicable laws or regulations.

4. Products & Payment

Wolf Studios offers custom concrete products including countertops, furniture, sinks, wall tile, fire pits, and coasters. All products are custom-made to order. When you place an order, you agree to pay the price listed at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. You authorize Wolf Studios (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will be charged the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

4.1 Product Orders & Customization

All products are custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Custom products are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in our return policy. Production times vary based on product type and customization requirements. We will provide estimated delivery timelines at the time of order confirmation.

4.2 Shipping & Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and complete. Wolf Studios is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4.3 Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted except for defective items or as required by law. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

5. Your Data & Privacy

You own your data. We never sell it, and we only use it to process your orders and provide customer service. We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the account area (session, security, and limited preference). We may use privacy‑friendly analytics to understand site usage (e.g., page views and interactions), and we configure analytics with safeguards like IP anonymization and disabled ad personalization. We maintain sign‑in activity logs (date/time, IP, user‑agent) to secure accounts; offer optional Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA) using per‑account secrets; and may validate shipping addresses using USPS standardization. If you use OAuth providers (e.g., Google or Apple) to sign in, we receive limited profile information such as a verified email, never your OAuth password. 6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Wolf Studios, including platform features, visuals, branding, etc., is owned by Wolf Studios. You may not use our brand or codebase without permission.

7. Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also request account deletion at any time. Once deletion is finalized, access is removed and data is handled per our Privacy Policy retention schedule. Note that order and payment records may be retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

8. Disclaimers

Wolf Studios products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for the highest quality craftsmanship, we do not guarantee that products will be free from minor variations that are inherent in handcrafted items. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wolf Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services or violation of applicable law, or (c) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services.

11. Force Majeure

Wolf Studios will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

12. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Austin, Texas. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek temporary or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its confidential information or intellectual property, or to enforce an arbitration award.

13. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Wolf Studios's prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment other than as permitted herein will be null and void.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Wolf Studios's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

15. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
